I almost returned this item. Some of the parts were missing. Thank God my electrician got it up. It took 4 hours to complete. It is beautiful.

Installation is easy if you are someone you looks at things and kind of figure it out on your own without instructions. The instructions that came with is the worse I have seen. No clear picture nor the writing is clear. I took 2 stars away, 1 for the instructions and another is because the black box that supposed to go inside the house is too big and I can’t fit it in the housing.Other than that the fan is nice and quiet and the lights are bright enough for our bedroom.

I bought 2 fandeliers one it’s perfect and for the other one I asked for a replacement bc lights didn’t work.

I unfortunately bought this and did not get to install until a year later… so my “support window closed” and it was missing mounting bracket was missing.. and half the crystals were missing…So disappointed
