    Replaced a 26 year old twin. Same Product same look etc.I did have an electrician install and he did use the new switch rather than the old one. Maybe 15 to 20 minutes and it was done.I hope for another 26 years…

    the box said casa (like the previous one I bought several years ago) and the name casablanca is written on the fan but amazon says it’s a Hunter – it’s confusing ……….. looks and operates the same Hunter must have bought out casa and is still selling their inventory ……..

    Gina at Casablanca customer service was the worst. Rude right off the bat and then hung up on me. It was installed 2 days after the 30 days by a licensed electrician and the motor didn’t work. Very disappointed with how I was treated by Casablanca customer service. Brian from Amazon was very nice and tried to help
