    The media could not be loaded.

     Bought this to replace an old bedroom ceiling fan/light fixture. Unit is light weight, which made me skeptical of its ability. Old ceiling fan weighed a 100lbs. This Fan Light is very easy to install and the lighting is very bright and has 3 adjustable settings. There are 3 fan speeds and it is very capable. I have no complaints about the unit. The App and Remote control however are a different story. Directions need to be more clear. Everyone complains about the App and Remote not working or lack of instruction. It is simple to pair. Turn the light on and within 5 seconds press the Wi-Fi button once. The light will flash, you will hear a beep and it’s paired. Done! Installed this with the help of a friend and he purchased one immediately.

    This is a great lightweight fan. It is easy to install and looks great in a small space. The light is bright and the remote would be amazing if only it worked. At least it’s big enough to not get lost as easily as if it was a smaller one. I tried the app, the remote, NOTHING!! No working fan! It’s just there! Looking like a fabulous ceiling weight that I can’t control! Customer service was not helpful and just said they can’t send out individual pieces. If you get one that works I’m sure it would be a great fan, I just don’t like that there’s no way to control it on the actual fan
