Remote control is easy but would be better if it lit up for use in the dark. Lighting took time to adjust to – starker than I expected it to be. We had it installed- we’re past the DIY age.

This is a nice fan, very stylish, and works well, but it was difficult to install. The instructions are very minimal, misleading, and assembly steps are out of order. Product description indicates light color can be changed, but no mention of how to do this in the instructions. After contacting the seller (ESON), they provided me the information, and actually provided a partial refund for my inconvenience. Very nice – thank you! Be advised that the light changes color every time you turn it on.

Very quiet. These things are never easy to install with Chinese translated to English instructions. But, easier than the old days when you had to bear the weight of the motor while connecting the wiring. I wish the light was dimmable from the remote but, overall a good fan.

I’m writing this only so the “review this” prompt will go away. I ordered this because I was assured that where a light could go a fan could go. That was wrong and so we returned the fan being unable to use it. We never even unboxed it.

A friend installed the fan for me and ran into some installation issues as the remote receiver interfered with the fan hanging correctly. We eventually overcame this issue.

One of the blades is wrapped and too much trouble to remove the entire fan to return. This is a very noticeable flaw.

would be nice if it was easy to get a hold of this company, installed on a slanted ceiling and the wiring box will not fit as shown in their instructions unless it’s installed on a flat ceiling. are there other options to help cover the box and actually get the top cover to fit and close?
