    Hubo problemas con el embarque de China a México, pero el proveedor me recomendó hacerlo desde USA, y me llego antes de la fecha estimada por UPS. Siempre tuve respuesta del proveedor, y siempre me atendió de la mejor manera. Al ver que yo insistía en el producto y solicitaba que el envío no fuera por Servicio Postal Mexicano, tuvo la paciencia y me oriento a otra solución.

    I bought this retractable fan in March 2022 and had it professionally installed by a licensed electrician when my brand new house was being built in May 2022. In Oct 2022 two of the three light setting stopped working. Now when I turn the light on it blinks for a couple of seconds and then the brightest white light option comes on. The other two softer light options do not work at all. Poor quality for the price.

    It installed easy and worked ok for about a year, the colors were off on the leds so while 2 of them were warm the other two were cold and now they are flickering and junk so I have to replace the light

    My expectation was that it would be bigger and more luxurious but it seems to be very small I had a dent in it and one of the crystal was broken I don’t feel it’s worth the money
