We had this fan installed in our office. The installation went well. It is quiet. We now have cooler air and more light in this room. Very pleased with this fan.

Take note that the fan has a hard wired wall control. It is not a remote control as I thought I was purchasing to replace my old fan. In calling the company they do have a remote that can be purchased separately for $48. model 99198. To install this fan I need to run wiring to install the wall control. Added electrical work and cost that I was not expecting.

Nice fan. Quiet. I was not sure i would like the in wall “remote”, but I like it more than my other Isotope’s traditional hand held remote.

The fan was easy to install. All parts were clearly marked and it came with extra screws. Solidly built and an attractive, I’m very happy with this purchase.A note- my house was built with no switch for the fan circuit i.e. the fan is always powered. This fan has a controller that works with this setup without having to buy a separate controller like I’ve had to in the past.

All kidding aside, this was the fourth Casablanca fan I’ve bought. They look great and are of solid construction. This was pretty straightforward to install (I bought the wall mounted switch) and works perfectly in my home office.

It is beautiful and works fine. However, there are only two speeds in spite of how the controls look (arrows up/down I assumed meant various speeds). There’s no remote control ?
