    Instructions were at little confusing, but if you take your time, it all makes sense. Looks and functions well once installed.

    Have received only compliments about what a beautiful highlight this is to the sports bar area and it works great. Have ceiling fans in every main room of our home, this one cost the most but is our favorite, well worth it. The remote is a compact, wall mounted unit, very easy to operate. Paid to have it installed though comment was made how relatively easy assembly and installation was compared to other fan designs so 5 stars for this too.

    Ordered this fan/light to mount in dining area. It looks nice but was a nightmare to install. The remote unit failed within a week, the motor has a noticeable hum and trying to replace the light bulbs is extremely difficult at best. This is one of the poorest designed ceiling fans I have ever dealt with.

    I love the fan, it’s better than I expected. Had to order a longer down rod for our high ceilings. Down rod arrived in 11 days. I expected something as nice as this to cost much more. Great value and quick response to my email to the seller.

    So happy, just love it. The controls are wonderful and so easy to use. It is just the right height even my tall grandson can walk under and it is so beautiful, everyone who come in admires it. One of my best and happy purchases.

    The fan turned out pretty, but it was not easy. If you think that you will be replacing a fan. and you think you are just going to swap them out; think again! The part you hang the fan from has to be attached to a light box or you will have to cut your joist. The holes to mount the canopy are on that piece. In addition, there are no directions. I had to go to Youtube to find out how the remote was wired. Good luck!

    The fan is beautiful and works great. It was difficult to install and required smaller light bulbs. It’s quiet and I like having the remote.
