    I put up 4 fans, one in each corner of our southern patio, to try to create a vortex of breeze for muggy Southern summers. It was quite a feat to get them all on the same circuit while allowing for each to have its own remote control, but we got there and it is bliss. Sounds a little like an airport tarmac when they are all on full blast.

    Received reburbished fan. Had a rusty wall control and some missing pieces. Called customer service and they responded immediately and were very apologetic and ended up replacing the whole fam with a brand new one from the factory. The fan is beautiful and customer service was excellent!

    The product, though excellent, is not designed for a sloped ceiling of 45 degrees even though the descriptions say so. It will work but requires a sloped ceiling adapter. However, the customer service from the company is second to none. I will always purchase from this seller if possible.

    Bought the fan to use outdoors in BBQ area. Oscillating is important; reversing is important. Programmed the remote. Have tried everything to get the oscillation to reverse. Nothing works. Called customer service. They said to push the oscillation button over and over and sooner or later it will reverse. That doesn’t work. Re-read the manuals. Still can’t find a method to reverse. Tried pushing the button on the bottom of the remote. That did not work. Ordered a new remote. Nothing. Finally gave up. The customer service rep. said the fan is really not a reversible ceiling fan. I dismissed what she said originally but maybe she was accurate. Other than that, the fan works great. If it doesn’t reverse, they should not market it as a “reversible” fan.

    Great quality! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the only 2 options is to have it blow in a stationary position or have it rotate 360 degrees. Would be great to have a 3rd option which is a range of 180 degrees so you can mount against a wall
