    Don’t buy this! This beautiful chandelier arrived quickly. I was very disappointed to open the crystals and find that out if over 60 crystals only 5 were not chipped, or scratched. They were packaged loosely and without any type of bubble wrap to protect them. I contacted seller and was told to send pics so they could submit to inventory . I tried but site wouldn’t let me upload. They did respond quickly and promised new crystals in 4-6 days. Since we had someone to put up chandelier we figured we would do it and add on crystals later. He’s not an electrician but quickly and successful had put up a few fixtures for me, including a chandelier. It was not an easy task because instructions were very poor. He watched a few YouTube videos that helped., but still it took longer than usual. This fan has remote control and LED lighting so it was more complicated than expected. We tested and everything worked fine. Then another huge disappointment the actual chandelier part did not fit around the base of the fan. It was too small to comfortably attach to it. Therefore we could not finish the job . I had wanted to avoid sending the whole thing back but looks like I may have to . I sent another message to seller.Update: We finally got the chandelier part up. We had to bend the metal clips with pliers to adjust screw and secure. We took that makeshift option instead of repacking and sending it back. If it had been flush this would have been necessary. It is a beautiful piece, can’t wait for crystals to complete .

    I spent over an hour setting this up and wiring it up only to find that the circular base with the crystals is too small and doesn’t fit the the fan motor. Others wrote that they bent the clips and jury-rigged it but for a $200 ceiling fan I am NOT settling. Could I get a replacement5 chandelier part? NO! I see a link for warranty info and an answer in the Q&A that says “Contact support” but THERE IS NO SUPPORT INFO ANYWHERE! Either you keep it or take it down and send the entire thing back to end up in some amazon bulk bin auction. Total trash, wont be wasting another full day with this company, just getting a regular fan from Home Depot and be done with it..

    I purchased this chandelier and it is gorgeous. The problem is that the lights are tiny plastic globs that malfunction. We installed it and the lights immediately malfunctioned. I even paid an electrician to come out to see if we could fix it. The lighting feature was faulty and couldn’t be fixed. I returned it for a refund and was charged a $68 restocking fee for a chandelier they should not be trying to resell as it is faulty. Beware, you might get my broken chandelier and then pay $68 for the pleasure.

    This is a beautiful chandelier/fan. No sound whatsoever and is exquisite. Quite the statement piece. It was difficult to install; however, we had a friend, who is a contractor, give us a little help.

    This chandelier is so elegant, it look like a $3,000 chandelier but it’s not that much ..it’s the highlight of my living room.. your money will not be wasted..lovely..
