    Fan motor dies at exactly 3 months – just in time to NOT be able to return! Sellers reply to request was: “Send us photos of remote control” and maybe they could help get a new remote – [What !!!????!!!!]. We can hear the slight hum of the motor when the fan is turned on (via the working remote) – but no blade movement. This is clearly NOT a remote control issue! Light still works fine but we did not buy just for the light. We are very disappointed in fan & the seller. [I have been a loyal Amazon shopper for well over a decade, and this is my first negative review; this is how disappointed I am.] Please do not treat this poor review lightly: avoid purchasing this fan!
