The instructions are horrible!! Took a long time to install. Wiring didn’t match typical ceiling fan wiring and nothing in instructions discusses this. Outer cage is thin. Blades are plastic. Our hardware was in a bag taped to the blade and it took some of the outer coating off blade. Bulbs were difficult to install. The fan feels great if you are standing directly underneath it so more suitable for a bedroom and not adequate for a small family room. I didn’t return because it is already installed and didn’t want the hassle of taking it down. I can say it does look nice but that’s about it.
