    I bought 2 of these for my home. Beautiful fans. Super easy install. Remote beep is abnormally loud for fan and light on both remotes. Is there a way to silence the beep?

    This is a beautiful fan. I installed it myself. First time installing a ceiling fan. (I was replacing my old one.) The instructions were a little vague and hard to follow but I was able to figure it out. I do wish the remote controlled the setting of the lights. It only turns them on and off, not how many are on at a time. Also, I wish the remote had instructions on what the buttons do. I have never used one like that before. Over all I do like like the fan and would buy it again.

    Positive: Beautiful fan and light. Makes a huge difference in the room. Fan works well. It has great air flow and is high quality.Negative: very difficult to install. Especially if you are trying to install so light and fan switches can be used instead of remote. My husband is very handy and usually has no problem with these things. Instructions are unclear. The instructional video shows how to assemble the light/ fan, not how to install. We purchased 2 fans, wiring was different on both. We ended up hooking the switch so it turns on the light and use the remote for the fan instead of the wall switch.Overall we love it!

    The fan blades are beautiful! Didn’t know it at the time but this fan has 6 speeds and it’s smooth and quiet. My only issue was the 3 screw holes that hold the light fixture to the fan didn’t line up so I had to re-drill those holes. That’s the reason they didn’t get all the stars. This company is quick to address your concerns and I would buy from them again.

    Finally got around to installing this fan. No good. Got it installed then found out it won’t work with light switch.No directions about where to put the controller.I have this fan on a 36″ down rod. No where to put controller. Thought I would just run switch to light and to fan and control with the pull chain. Nope. Apparently doesn’t have this function!Doesn’t have a fan to turn the fan from down draft to up draft depending on seasons.Took me hours because of the just pitiful wording of the directions. Very small pictures. Hardly any instructions.It’s useless to me. $200 down the toilet.

    This is a really beautiful fan! I like that it has 6 fan speeds not just 2 or 3. And it is remote control. The fan leaf shaped blades are beautifully made as well as the light shades which are also controlled by the remote control. My husband only had one problem in installing it and the seller quickly solved it.
