    We love it. We had a cyclone floor fan for years and used it year round. We were looking for something low profile and quiet and this work out perfect. We have been using it on low every night. After a year of use the fan will switch cycles on its own ant the light does not turn off all the way when the fan is on. Maybe has to do with the wiring as mentioned in another post. The remote is cheaply made.

    The actual wires were labeled opposite of what the instructions said they were. A professional electrician came to put my fans up and said the wire colors were not the standard colors in the US (there is a color for live and for grounded). He said different countries have different colors, but between that and the backwards instructions, it caused confusion. Also, the light and fan wire are 1 wire, so you can’t operate them by using different wall switches like on a normal fan (like turn on the light part with one switch and the fan part with another – you can’t do that).

    All of my tv and receiver remotes turn fan and lights on. No idea if frequency to the fan can be changed. Disappointed !

    Can’t install didn’t receive all the parts for it. Hope to hear back from manufacturer’s but so far nothing. Paid a lot of money for something unusable!

    I am so disappointed in this light. There is absolutely no brightness to it whatsoever even at the highest intensity. It would be good as a light to grow indoor plants. In addition, the lighted ring in the middle of the ceiling fixture, reminds me of a UFO. Even when the remote control is turned off for the fan, it doesn’t work. The intensity of the fan itself is very poor although quiet. I am very sad now whenever I enter my bedroom where it is hung. I am not sure if I’m going to be able to return it since it already has been installed. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I ordered it and it was delivered the next day. My husband did not have an easy time installing it and he is very handy. Don’t bother with this fixture at all.
