    It was a pleasant change being able to work this fan with the remote controller. I am also pleasantly surprised at the very low noise level. However, it was very disappointing to find that there weren’t any of those beautiful bulbs included in my package that was advertised.

    So I bought this fan. My brother installed the fan in the living room and the lights turn on with the remote but the fan doesn’t turn on at all. Tried reinserting batteries in the remote, tried all the speeds and buttons, tried resetting the circuit on the breaker box…nothing. Still dead.The paper that came with the product says working voltage is AC 180-265V.The product photo on Amazon says 85-245VThe Product Info on the Amazon page says 120V
