    The fan is fine but I did not receive the remote control. How do I get the remote control now? Also, there were not installation directions provided. Box had been previously opened and taped up before shipping.

    Did not come with remote control. I ordered this model because it was to have a 24 inch rod, but it was only 8”. We had to use the rod from the fan it replaced. I paid to have it installed, which should have been easy but had to take it apart to add the longer rod.

    The fan in question was not in stock, but Quorum kindly replaced it with a better fan.We officially still love Quorum.Thanks, guys!

    The directions for installation were terrible, they shouldn’t have wasted the paper the instructions were printed on. You should have your laptop and Youtube ready to go to figure out how to install this fan. BTW this is not the first ceiling fan I have installed.

    The fan is well made, quiet, and ran without the need to balance the blades. .

    NO REMOTE COMES WITH THIS FAN! Not worth the money as it states the fan comes with a remote. Also one of the fans I ordered did not have the short down rod in the box. I thought I was ordering a great fan with a remote as stated but this is false advertising!!!

    Although the written description states it comes with a remote control, it did not.

    Was advertised as remote control. After the electrician was half way through installing, noticed it was a chain control. Not Remote Control.
