    The fan works once it is put up, but,,, there are a number of design issues that make installation much harder than it should have been. The 4 screws that hold the light to the top mounting could have been easily changed with a slot and twist install so the screws could have been installed before the fan was up – a royal pain to hold the fan and get your hand between the ceiling and the fan housing. The clamps that hold the power connections are tiny! (less than 1/8″ and difficult to get at and tighten (remember, you are holding the fan in one hand with a screwdriver that is tiny). They could have saved money and just used a wire nut connection. A ground screw should have been included, especially when the threaded hole is a different size than the US standard.
