    Easy to install & love how the blades expand. The remote works the fan part. It is very easy to operate. Looks Beautiful in my Hemingway Bedroom. The electrical tech was amazed how simple it was to put together.

    This is a nice fan no harder to install than any other ceiling fan. Runs quiet and looks very nice. Bought this one because the remote is nicer than others. Remote works fine but beware it displays Celsius and 24hr clock no way that I can find to change it. I contacted seller will see what they say. Confirmed no way to change remote Celsius and 24hr clock all it has.

    Bought this fan back in November 2020 and it is not working properly. The light won’t go off and all it does is repeat a sensor noise when you hit the off button on the control but the light stays on. The fan will not even recognize the control signal from the controller and won’t turn on. Have changed out several sets of batteries in the controller (Number on scan bar is 801289). I am asking for help here as this unit should be working as it’s not overworked and is only been installed about 6 months. Sent email to home [email protected] several days ago and no one has responded is this the type of company that Amazon works with sell you a product and in less than a year product doesn’t work and they don’t respond to your request bad choice for both Amazon and myself.Please provide direction on what I need to do here.Thank youB.Wilson

    This was very easy to assemble and works great! Love the way the fan feels and the way it looks when theh fan is off as well.

    It was tricky to operate, at first. No wobbling and super quiet. The electrician that installed it for me was dubious but now says he thinks it’s a good product for the money. FYI: you do not need a special light switch. If you use a regular switch, just leave it on and use the remote. If it had a digital switch to operate the fan and the light, that would be a plus (where is the remote!)

    UPDATE:The company reached out to me about the fan. I felt it was the controller that was not working. They were very responsive and sent me a new controller. The fan is now working, and I am very happy with it. I’m so glad the company listened and tried to fix the problem as fast as possible. Great customer service, and I love our unique fan!
