    FIRST FAN WE RECEIVED FROM CLEVELAND LIGHTING WOULD NOT WORK. ELECTRICIAN OUT 2 TIMES AFTER BEING MAILED ANOTHER RECEIVER FOR THE FAN/REMOTE TO SYNC. STILL DID NOT WORK. CALLED CLEVELAND LIGHTING AND GRACE WAS SO HELPFUL. SHE WENT OVER AND BEYOND TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. ORDERED US A NEW FAN AND GAVE US A LITTLE CREDIT ON THE EXPENSE OF THE ELECTRICIAN. SHE RETURNED CALLS, EMAILS ETC. AND DEFINITELY WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THANK YOU GRACE AND CLEVELAND LIGHTING. GOT THE NEW FAN INSTALLED AND WORKS PERFECTLY NOW. LOVE IT.
