    The remote does not always work and I have to use the wall switch. The light is not nearly as bright as I had wanted

    I’ve installed a few fans in my house and never had one this difficult. The blades must be installed with a screwdriver while its already mounted on the ceiling, by putting a screw up into the blade’s holes and balancing that screw there, then pushing a screwdriver through a small slit in the cover under it, which rotates independently…all while holding the fan blade in place. Could use a dimmer on the light too. Big problem though is that it started to malfunction a few days in. The light turns off after a few minutes. ok, turn it back on, then it turns off even sooner, turn back on, turns off even sooner, etc. Maybe a problem with the controller in the fan? The construction makes it so you have to take ALL the blades back off to take the cover off to get to wiring or anything else…

    Love the fan & light. Bedroom is small & this 3 bladed white fan is not overwhelming. Very quiet. Am thinking of getting another one for the other bedroom.

    Wanted to replace a light fixture with this fan/light. After I installed it, it turns out that you can only control the light and fan using the remote. You can’t control the light with the wall switch and control the fan with the remote. Contacted technical support who confirmed that this is the only way this fan will operate if the wall switch was wired only for a light.This is disappointing. So I am returning the fan/light and will buy one where you can control the light with the wall switch and the fan with a remote or pull strings

    Installed fan 1st week of March 2020. Easy installation, quiet running, but bad problems. After installation, fan comes on by itself. ALSO, light is not dimmable. ALSO, light comes on by itself in the middle of the night. Not a good product.Using YouTube, finally figured out how to change remote frequency which cured on/off during the night. However, light is still not dimmable as advertised.
