    I like this fan, but my review may sound negative. Pros: it’s quiet and moves air.Cons: first it BLACK. Not brack or dark brown. It’s jet black with gold accents. I ordered it because the ad said bronze, twice. I wrote the company and they offered a discount ($20). A mild enticement which I eventually accepted.Next, the “crystals” are plastic. In one pic you can see they aren’t sparkly or super shiny like glass. I cleaned and apparently didn’t get enough lint off.Lastly, and had I known this would have been a deal breaker… you have to remove the light fixture to replace bulbs. Three screws, a ladder and some patience.The bulbs are very bright. No dimmer or remote. If you fall in love with the look, it works and is very pretty. My installer felt it was good quality.In hind sight, buying a fan on Amazon may not be my best decision.

    The only negative is how difficult I find it to put light bulbs in. You either have to get smaller bulbs and reach in from the top, requiring a ladder or take the complete glass part off. The look, is amazing, exactly what I wanted.Noise level is average

    Wasn’t sure I’d like this fan but love it. Hard to get light bulbs into it. Didn’t come with any. Used my existing bulbs which weren’t too nice but couldn’t really see them through the glass so it’s ok very nice looking fab in living room.
