Cheap, simple fan. We needed a ceiling fan for a bedroom in a house we are renting. It works great 99% of the time. Occasionally with extended use on high it will get loud like the motor isn’t perfectly working or something weird, but the vast majority it works just fine. The blades seem mostly balanced right out of the box and assembly especially without a light fixture was a breeze.I bought another fan that was a little more expensive for another room. It is made by Emerson and I would probably buy another one of those instead next time. I think it was just under $100 here on amazon.

These are well made fans at a reasonable price. The most important thing to us in a fan is ease in installation, and quiet operation once it is installed. This fan passed both tests with flying colors! It is wonderfully quiet, and will not disrupt sleep with wobbles and creaking unlike others we have experienced! We also added light kits to our fans. One was Minka brand, one was not. Both work fine with this fan. Highly recommend!

Installed on cathedral ceiling against an eastern white cedar roof in an 800sq ft room. Moves a ton of air. Outside temp was 92 – thermostat set at 72 – fans running at half speed – a pleasure to walk in and feel. Sometimes set thermostat at 75 and it never kicks on because of how cool these fans keep this room. Wife loves them. Function flawlessly.

These are the noisiest I have ever purchased. The seller was willing to take them back, which is respectful. However, shipping return was on you. Since I live on the opposite coast it would cost me 1/3 to 2/3 of the price of the purchase. Not a good deal at all. You get what you pay for.
