   I like this ceiling fan. A lot of what I was finding that was dark had too much of an industrial feel to it, so finding this was great. It is a little guy, but the room I have it in is also little, so it works out. One thing that I noticed was that the light would not default to my last setting, so the company sent me a new remote and receiver. I have yet to reinstall that, though. It does make a bit of noise when up on the higher settings, so I usually don’t take it up past setting 4. I don’t know if this is due to the size, space, or what, but it’s a thing in my house. I’m overall happy with it as I love the style and even on the lower settings it can move some air quite a bit. If only I could figure out which way it’s supposed to spin to move the air the right way…

   I have purchased and installed 3 60″ versions of these fans. Mine are the ones with 3 fan blades. I imagine the others will be similar, but that’s what I’ve reviewing.After purchasing and installing one of these for our bedroom, we bought two more for other rooms in the house. Obviously, they were good enough to make me keep coming back.The good: The fans works fantastically, were nearly perfectly balanced out of the box, are silent running, and move a lot of air. It is also very convenient that both the fan motor and light work off one (branch) circuit. This made the electrical work much easier.The bad: These are not deal breakers, obviously, but there are a few items that could be improved:1. There needs to be an option to turn off the beep sound emitted from the fan when you make any change to the speed/light/power with the remote.2. The installation instructions are only slightly better than worthless. I am highly mechanically inclined and skilled with residential electricity, so I could figure it all out. Even then, however, I made several installation errors that required me to back-track. I installed the down rod to the motor housing, for instance, before putting on the canopy. Easy fixes, but annoying and would be easily corrected with better instructions and illustrations. The instructions do not even reference attachment to a standard electrical box but rather mounting to wood or concrete. These instructions were not written for installation in American households.3. The hardest part of the installation is getting the remote receiver and all the wires to fit nicely under the mounting bracket. It is designed to fit there, but they did not consider space for the wires. The mounting bracket could have a bit more volume to make this process easier.4. The remote works fine, but there is no instruction or indication of how to change the light temperature. I found it is possible using the Smart Life app on my phone.That’s a lot of complaints, but they are all manageable and do not detract from the excellent functionally of these fans once installed.

   The fan is attractive up and mounted but the light doesn’t work. I had a professional electrician install it. He tried everything imaginable to get it to work and said light simply must be broken and to request the part for it. I contacted support who said I’d have to return it to receive another one. I’ve already paid to install this one. This company canceled my fist delivery as undeliverable and sent it back with no explanation. I ordered another one, rescheduled electrician who installed it today only to learn the part won’t work. I hope they’ll send me the working light portion and I’ll send them the part back that is faulty but I’m not uninstalling a 84 inch fan I just spent 100 dollars to have installed.Update: The company sent me the light component and I had electrician back out and it now works. It took 3 tries to get it up but overall, I’m happy now and pleased the company made it right.

   Put this fan in bathroom. Having extra light is great. Fan runs quiet looks great and has a remote control. Had a handyman put it up and he had no trouble. Grast product.

   The most important thing about this fan isn’t the fan, which looks and works great, but the customer service that far exceeded my expectations. I ordered 2 of these fans and had them for quite some time before opening the boxes and installing. The motor housing on one of the fans was bent and the fan blades wouldn’t turn. After contacting the company through Amazon they sent another fan which arrived in worse shape than the first one. It looked as though the box fell apart during transit and someone stuffed everything back in the box without the Styrofoam packaging, taped it up and shipped it on. After contacting the company again they shipped out another fan which arrived in good order.It’s nice to know there are still companies out there who stand up and do the right thing to satisfy their customers and make things right.

   Fan looks nice. The blades are very lightweight—but capable of moving air at speed, so I guess my back is thankful for the lighter blades.Took a point off due largely to the installation: running wires thru the hanger rod was simple…until you try to put the pin back into the base to lock the rod in. Also you need a tiny flat head screw driver to connect your live, neutral, and ground wires (eyeglass repair screw driver worked for me). Oh, and it beeps every time you turn it on—which can be a bit annoying. Other than that, works well and looks attractive.

   Still a little noise, had to rebuild one of the fan shells. Out of round, loose screws. Overall I would buy again for the style.
