    This is gorgeous easy to use a pain in the ass to get up though. Took2-3 hours. The flags took 30 mins additional beautiful and very strong cool fan for a 20ft by 13 room

     I was nervous to buy this because my 50 inch ceiling fan seemed to barely move the air. But, I wanted to take the risk in buying this 42 inch fan because of how beautiful it was. I AM GLAD I DID! This fan moves the air phenomenally to the point I was freezing AND it’s quiet.FYI- I didn’t install it, so the people I paid to install it gave that part 3 stars.Just do it!

     This is a hit with everyone who sees it! I love that the fan blades tuck in when not in use and are clear. The style is nice looking and truly makes a statement. The ‘instructions’ for installing are less than useless, thank goodness I already know some about electrical work. The instructions didn’t even show an image of this item and they never even mention parts that are included in the box, and neither did the install video that’s listed on the ad for the item. I tossed the instructions away shortly after starting the install. Part of the magnetic pieces that hold the light strip on were broken so I had to rig it and screw in the light strip instead of relying on the magnet. Once it was installed I was thrilled with the outcome and it really moves the air around well. Something to note is that you can’t change the direction of rotation of the fan blades like most fans do for different seasons. Overall I love this item and I’m glad I didn’t give up when installing because it wasn’t a quick process. Also, don’t lose the remote because it’s the only way to operate the fan and change the light color!

    I absolutely love the one at my home, but I purchased one for my airbnb and it does not work. The driver is bad in it so it blinks and makes a whining noise. I tried to return it to get a replacement but they want me to pay for shipping back to China. This is very unfortunate because I was going to order more as I completed my other rentlas I am renovating.

    My husband has installed a total of 3 retractable fans and he’s knowledgeable about electrical stuff. This chandelier is beautiful but one magnet on the lights wasn’t working. Instead of returning and repacking everything, he switched the magnets and it worked. The crystals illuminate a wonderful effect.

    Flimsy box crystals packaged in with atleast 20 chipped or broke in half crystals. Shipping back once get refund I will order another to see if same outcome! Really wanted the fandelier luckily got 6 months while building house to order another.

    This was a nightmare to assemble and installation directions are terrible. It worked for exactly 2 weeks after the return window closed and then the ceiling fan stopped working. Literally the whole reason I bought this.My husband was able to get the fan working again so I updated my review. It’s been working for a few months with no issues. It was still a huge pain to assemble.
