    The media could not be loaded.

     Install. Not sure the construction standards where this is made, but as long as you have a supported J box in your ceiling, I see no need to anchor the bracket as the instructions say. I used 2 #10/32 grade 5 screws with lock washers right to the J box…and its solid. Other than that, straight forward install, be sure to cut power and CHECK WITH A METER before wiring for you DIY folks.Light/fan itself is super light. We will see the if it lasts longevity wise, as I’m not sold on components used in build, but for the price can’t complain.Fan is relatively quiet. Setting 1 is pretty fast by itself, so going to 6 shouldn’t be necessary in most instances where its the loudest.The remote must be new or updated from the original, because it doesn’t fit in the supplied remote bracket that came with the unit, and is different than pictured in instructions. Speaking of which, don’t lose the remote. There’s no manual buttons or way to use without it…and the unit defaults to bright daylight and fan off if you use a lightswitch to turn on and off.In the end, my daughters happy and wife and i enjoy this look over the selections at the big box home improvement stores.

    We absolutely love this ceiling fan light, which has a low profile. You can adjust the brightness or intensity of the light and the speed of the fan. It’s got a contemporary look and it functions well. It’s perfect for bedrooms with low ceilings!

    Poor craftsmanship!! App TOTALLY Sucks!!! “ALL the screws were loose very flimsy design” the app totally sucks!!! can’t create an account the app does not sent activation code then shuts you out if you try to many times! the Paperwork says smart home in 2 easy steps! “NOT” tried 3 times to download, no success!!!! the Overall look of the fan is very nice! But no wall mount for remote!!!! for the Price this system needs some upgrades ie get the App working right and add a wall mount for the remote and quality check before boxing.

    At first I loved this, but the app is not ideal and we’ve never gotten the remote to work. It seems like there are some really big tech issues going on here. Otherwise, low profile which is nice and the fan sound is great when we can get it turned on. Disappointed.

    We installed it and it won’t connect to the internet or pair to the remote. Now I have to find time to ship it back, it was a waste of time.
