    The media could not be loaded.

     I really like these new designs for ceiling fans. It has the lights in a circle illuminating the whole room. The fan is in the middle and directs sufficient air flow to cool down the space. It was easy to install where the previous one was.

    The remote won’t work unless you stand on a chair our something so you can put the remote right up to it by the ceiling this is the 2nd one I have installed and have had to same problem with both of them don’t buy because you can’t even use the fan our light without the remote

    This is not dimmable and too bright for evening lightPoor installation instructions as wellWe purchased another brand which worked beautifully and had great instructions

    This fan/light combo is very easy to install. Just remember that once you mount the bracket that comes with the fan/light, disconnect the box that is the remote controller via 2 plug in modules so it’s easier to wire it up to the ceiling wires AND then you can connect the plugs again and mount the base to the bracket. The nice thing on this fixture is that the 4 tightening screws for the base to the bracket are black so they. blend in rather than using bright silver screws (like a different fan I installed last weekend).The light is very bright and has a few different color temperatures from a more amber look to an industrial bright white (looks almost like a florescent bulb on super bright white). You can dim or brighten the light via the remote too. My only gripe is the fan, while it blows pretty strong, only gives off a lot of cooling when standing directly underneath it. Off to the side I don’t really feel any cooling from this fan. My ceiling that I mounted it on is an 8′ ceiling so maybe if someone mounts it higher on a higher ceiling this might not be as much of an issue. The fan/light is super lightweight. Probably not made of the highest quality but it’s good for the price. If you are looking to totally cool a room down I would recommend a fan with wider fan blades. As for the light, it really does do a great job of brightening up the room. Looking at a lot of the other reviews for this fan, most have a square-ish white remote. This is the remote that came with my fan and it works great for both the light and the fan.
