    Very poor directions that don’t even address the remote. I’m mechanical so it wasn’t too bad for me but non tradesperson will have to sit and think. Be prepared to put it together then take apart to re-do. Don’t buy the Edison bulbs they suggest. They are too large in size, but the right size Edison bulbs work/look great. I am pleased with its quiet performance and air flow. Zero wobble too, and it looks good too.

    I had an electrician install my fan but there were no pieces missing and he had it up in no time. The remote is very convenient. The Edison bulbs I used make it feel vintage and the glow, when they’re on, is very comforting. The fan itself has three settings: low, medium, and high. And unlike the fans that have a pull chain, you can select the speed you want just hitting a button, not going through all the speeds to get to what you want. There is no noise and no rocking of the fan when you have it on. Very nice product.

    The fan is gorgeous and works wonderfully once installed. It doesn’t shake or make noise. However, it is difficult to install. The directions are missing steps. It doesn’t come with all the necessary parts. My husband had to buy a few parts and borrow some from the old fan. Once installed, it works great! I was disappointed that the 40w led edison bulbs i wanted to use wouldn’t fit in the fan. However, we found filament led bulbs in a more traditional size of bulb that fit perfectly and still have that vintage look. Originally, I rated this fan much lower because I was frustrated with the fact that it doesn’t fit “standard” edison bulbs… especially after all the effort to install. However, now that we found a solution, it looks awesome and works perfectly!

    Overall is it a nice fan. It was simple enough to install and did lack some instructions. Not all bulbs will work due to cage design. I think this is a flaw and prevents it from being a great fan. I would not purchase it again.

    Would like to say 5 stars because it was gorgeous. However I have to give it 4 stars. Did not come with lights and the light bulbs were a difficult size to find. I had to spend $40 for the light bulbs.

    Arrived in good condition, but a little difficult to install where old unit was. It looks and works GREAT though, so very happy with it.
