    Beautiful fan BUT the controller and ball joint do not fit into the housing bracket together as they should. We spent 4 hours trying to get it to fit as the instructions specified and ended up giving up and calling a professional that ended up having to just shove it in the housing . The instructions are also not very clear on the wiring as every home has different wiring. 2 of the crystals were also broken which left us to use the 2 replacements that it came with and now have none left. Also Amazon description states it comes with the 6 bulbs needed and it did not and the manual stated they are not includes as well so that should be updated so your not making last minute runs to the store for very specific bulbs. You need 4 nightlight bulbs for the top and 2 chandelier size 40 wt bulbs for the bottom. I love the fan (thought the coloring of the chandelier metal was more bronze/gold instead of of cream) and its very pretty but not happy i had to pay someone $75 to hang it and almost $15 for bulbs.
