   I purchase this fan as a “like new” and it arrived with the light and remote missing. This is no fault of WAC. Amazon refunded me the cost of them to remedy it which was fair and fine so the fan can get a new life and not go in the garage bin somewhere.This then started the issue with WAC support… I contacted them to buy one of the “replaceable liminaire modules.”.That is when they started the “run around” telling me I bought the wrong fan assuming I bought the version without the light (and the non lighted version isn’t upgradeable). They said I had to buy a complete new fan with a light, then said I was within 30 days so I should return it and buy a new complete fan, etc. It was just a long series of emails where they deflected and weren’t helpful at all. I then asked how I would get a replacement light if out of warranty and they still had no answer…..I ended up buying a $12 generic 4″ 17w 4k LED module that I drilled mounting holes for and wired in and it works perfectly (including dimming) but I was clearly on my own… Overall this was an upgrade because the original light would have been a 3k (yellow color light) unit but I have to knock them for poor customer service. Each email was with a new representative who just wanted an easy answer and quick resolution without actually listening or helping.Hopefully this unit doesn’t fail because I don’t expect much support…

   The fan works as expected. Not as food as Haiku fan in our bedroom, but less expensive. Alexa can only control on and off, not speed or other functions. Remote control quit working within 30 days of installation.

   Just installed this… took much longer and instructions are not very well laid out or detailed and they definitely did not include any proper screws to mount onto the box which annoyed me. Overall though, it’s a great fan, tons of wiring to do and make sure you double check, I had one wire slightly not touching and it wasn’t working and confused me so much. Other than the terrible install, it is a great product, looks modern and sleek and not cheap. It also has great silent blade action and the light is really nice – wish I could turn off the beeping for changing the fan (at night if one of us is sleeping) but it’s a nice audible feedback to let you know it’s changing speed so that’s nice. Haven’t tested out the smart features yet and not sure we’ll ever need it but it works great with remote. Will be buying the overpriced wall control as well since it’s annoying to find a remote and at least the wall control is always in one spot.

   But I’m so glad I took a chance and bought it. I bought it without a light for our family room. I’m buying another one with a light for our bedroom now.***Edited to add: I did indeed buy the same fan with the light kit and I still love this ceiling fan. What I didn’t realize this ceiling fan had when I bought it was the breeze setting. It goes fast for a minute or so then slows way down, almost stopping then picks back up and goes fast again creating the breeze effect. It gives the perfect amount of airflow. I also love that I can use my Alexa with it as well. It was super easy to connect too. I don’t think I could go back to a normal old ceiling fan again.

   the receiver stopped working only after two hours of use.and fan speed is slower compared to other ceiling fans while it was working.

   There are so many things that drew me initially to this fan:The beautiful elegant modern designThe integration capability with Alexa right out of the boxThe DC motor and its associated control and quiet operationThe extra large beautiful contoured bladesI was not disappointed with any of these elements, indeed probably even more impressed after it was installed and operationalThe quality of finish is really, really nice – the materials are of high quality and the matte white is very elegant. At first I was unsure about 3 blades – I’ve been typically more partial to 5 over 4, but I have found I’m really liking the 3-blade, especially with this particular design.Assembly and installation was very straight forward, as was setting up the remote, the App and Alexa. Once the smart installation is complete, I almost universally use spoken Alexa commands to operate (this is especially useful for a bedroom fan, if you should need to adjust speed during the night!)With those big blades it moves a LOT of air! Even on low speed, it provides plenty of air for Spring days.I can’t think of a single element of which I am not delighted – 5 star rating all round.
