   It is a beautiful fan. For our application we found we needed a 12” downrod. We could not find any compatible parts nor could we reach the manufacturer. We unfortunately had to send it back.

   We bought 2 fans and had a problem with on after it was initially installed. Amazon put me in touch with Goozegg customer service and they shipped out a new fan to us within a week. Installed and no problems. We love the looks, and the quiet operation. Very satisfied with our purchase and happy to have them correct a problem so quickly. Thanks Goozegg!

   I purchased the fan with the 88 “ blades. I have a 20’ ceiling and was replacing an old ceiling fan the previous owners had installed. You need to buy a 48” down rod for a 20’ ceiling and the down rod that comes with the fan is 36” and the wiring is only for a 36” down rod, so know when buying it that you can’t use a 48” down rod. I had a master electrician with an assistant and it took 2.5 hours to install. He tried putting on the blades one at a time then pn the fan then put on the black retainer circle and three of us couldn’t get the holes to line up. Finally we put the fan blades on the floor and put the retaining circle on and then put the bolts through and then lifted all three fan blades onto the fan base and with 3 of us were able to get the bolts to screw on. But only after we removed the 3 rubber spacers between the fan blades and the fan base because that 1/16” kept the bolts from reaching through to the holes. The funny thing is the wholes in the three fan blades are counter sunk, but are useless when you put the retaining circle on. It almost seems like the fan was designed to be put together without the black retaining circle and the retaining circle to be added afterwards since the instructions mentioned each fan having 3 holes and there are only two. Also there were no lock washers for the fan bolts. Wishing in hindsight I would have gone to Lowe’s and bought 6 lock washers and locktight. Once the fan was together it looked and worked fantastic.

   I am ashamed to say that I don’t ever leave reviews unless the experience is really good or really bad. I am definitely leaving a review this time because the experience I had with this company was so great they deserve to be acknowledged for it! I purchased 5 of these fans and WOW, they are beautiful, functional and quiet, you really couldn’t ask for a better experience. Additionally, you couldn’t ask for a better company to deal with when something goes wrong either! We had one of these fans stop working after we turned that circuit off to do some electrical work, when we flipped the breaker back on the fan would no longer turn on, who knows what happened. However, the company went out of their way, even though it was not a product defect, to help me out and sent me a replacement fan motor and controller at no cost! And on top of that they were very easy to communicate with and always responded in a very timely manner, like a few hours or less, I bet you can’t find another company like that. I will definitely recommend this company and their products to everyone I know.

   Although the overall look of this fan is wonderful, when it arrived the box was severely damaged, and none of the pieces inside of the box were properly packaged. Without even opening up the box, you could hear all of the pieces/screws rattling and falling from one side of the box to the other.The fan blades themselves were just thrown in the box, and while there was some styrofoam cushion, none of the pieces were actually placed inside of or secured in any type of actual packaging.Upon further inspection, the blades have scratches, dents, and chunks missing all over them. Not a single blade is new – that is obvious. Then, once we took out the other parts, like the actual rod that secures the fan to the ceiling and the motor, more scratches, etc were apparent. After waiting for over a month for our electrician to come and install the proper junction boxes into our ceiling, I felt I had no choice but to have them hang the fan up as I didn’t want to wait another 30+ days to have it installed.I paid over $600 for a brand new fan, but what I received was a VERY USED fan. Highly disappointed, and wouldn’t recommend.

   Installed in a cathedral ceiling so had an electrician do it. It took him 20 minutes, he said he installed numerous fans and liked this one the best. No motor sound on any speed but at 5 or 6 you’ll start hearing a slight wind sound. Personally I’ll never use more that speed 3 on the remote. Looks beautiful and The wood matches the cross beams in the ceiling. Stated electricity use is almost unbelievable. Had 2 months now and use it more than I thought.Update- 5/15/21 for this kind of money it should have lasted longer than 13 months. Worst part is nowhere is the manufacturer to be found or weather the motor can be oiled/serviced or even replaced.Update- The company contacted me right after I did the update above and said they would fix my problem even though it was out of warranty. Today 6/2/21 I received a new motor in the mail. I still can’t believe they did that. They have great faith in there products and I have to say the service they provided was top notch.

   Purchased both the 70″ and 52″ for open hallways. This beautiful quiet fan is well worth the money! We purchased the 24″ down rod and have it hanging from a vaulted ceiling. We leave it on continuously at the lowest speed on the winter setting. It is very quiet. An elegant addition to our home. We love it!Installed by an electrician due to the height of the ceiling so not sure about how easy this would be for the average homeowner.

   I purchased one fan. When having it installed it did Not work, thinking it was a problem fan, I ordered a second one.Both fans Do Not work. In addition, the blades on the second fan were chipped in several places. I could fix this with a furniture color pen. So Frustrating.I just want a fan that works.
