    Good looking fan, very quiet, but the remote quit working , and there is no information to be found on this fan

    This fan looks beautiful, works great, and delivery was fast. HOWEVER; the instructions are minimal, and obviously translated into English by a non-English speaker. There is no manual switch to operate the fan or reverse it, even though a pull chain for such a switch is pictured; the fan is only controlled from the remote. There is a pull chain for the lights, which changes the number of lights that are on. On/off for the lights is on the remote. I bought a 24″ downrod locally, and found the hole for the groundwire screw was slightly offset from where it was needed, making it almost unusable. Although I was able to add a wall switch for the lights by splicing a hot lead into the blue wire, it is not set up for that, and you cannot turn off the lights with the remote if they have been turned on with the wall switch. Overall, not your average DIY job.

    This fan/ light looks amazing. It fits in with all the plants my home has. Very easy to install. We did have a slight problem with the receiver but the customer service was exceptional. They were quick to resolve the issue and were very easy to work with. I wish all customer service had their positive, customer friendly attitude. I would highly recommend this item. The only draw back is the remote is very cheap but works perfectly.

    Remote makes is so easy to use it has 6 speeds for the fan and another thing nice don’t have to get up to the fan to change the direction that really helps being in a wheelchair. Love it might get a few more for other rooms so GREAT!!! 1 thing it’s missing is a dimming ability which would be GREAT
