    FIRST THING, screw the remote up high so a kid can’t take it and loose it because the fan part will not turn on if u don’t have remote! There’s no strings or anything.

    As everyone else has stated, instructions are very poorly written. The fan itself is lovely and the fan is great. We had to go into the ceiling stud, as the fan receptacle was too small. Luckily we had one right next to it. US buyers, make sure you have a stud! This is not a regular 4 inch base! Also, a meter reader is good to have as the colors didn’t match up as it showed.

    Love the looks of the fan. The blades on top are very different but puts out signify air movement. The worst part are the instructions. ALOT of typos and very hard to interpret.

    Put in living room makes the room cool. Very stylish and I live the fan blades that retract and hide when fan is not on

    You HAVE to have electrical wiring knowledge, this is NOT connect the white, black and red wires. You can not connect the light and fan directly to your light switch’s unless you KNOW what your doing.

    Beating a dead horse. Meaning, all the reviews that you have read are very true. My unit was missing parts, the instructions are bad too terrible but, with a little common sense and know how the fan is up. The videos were helpful in filling in the holes in the instructions. Would I buy this fan again, probably not. Will I read the reviews and pay attention, yes definitely learned a lesson here.
