    It’s a good light and fan and it looks nice, but every time you flip the switch to turn on the light it’s Russian roulette to see what brightness/tone you get. It doesn’t save your preferred setting. Unless you just use the remote, which can be a hassle

    Description: I can honestly say I have never seen a fan quite like this one. I wasn’t sure at first what useful functions such uniquely shaped blades would provide but wow are they efficient! Form and function all in one and quite the conversation piece for guests. Thus fan really does a fine job at circulating air . The installation was actually not as labor intensive as some of these ceiling fans can be everything fit in nicely and the pre assembly moved along like clock work! The instructions provided were very comprehensive and step by step. The materials are all made of good quality and I do anticipate this ceiling fan will last us while. Seriously considering ordering another one for my sister’s house warming gift.

    I’ve recently been renovating my 100+ year old home. In the process I’ve been trying to update the fixtures while keeping the feeling of something that would have belonged in the home when it was first built. Obviously a ceiling fan like this isn’t a fixture that would have been in the home but it has the same FEELING I would expect in a period home and that’s exactly what I was going for.This fan is in my office so quiet operation was a HUGE factor for me so I was a bit nervous when I ordered it. I was very very pleased to hear, or rather NOT hear, the fan is very quiet while it’s running – even at high speed. Another thing I really like is the remote, it’s small enough to keep on my desk but large enough that I’m not going to lose it the second I look away from it.Keep in mind this fan leans into the industrial design VERY VERY heavily so if that’s not what you’re going for in your space it’s certainly not for you. Aside from the design all the fans features would be a perfect addition to pretty much any room.
