    At first we were really happy with his fan-it was a good price and good quality for an outdoor fan for our pergola. We had it professionally installed by an electrician. However in less than a year we found one of the blades in our yard…completely ripped off from the base. Not very durable. At least not in any weather of any kind.

    We purchased the Oil Rubbed Bronze version of this fan and it looks great. We have a bright white ceiling and the contrast is very nice looking. It was easy to install which was a bonus because I had to use 12′ scaffolding to do so. I have 17 foot ceilings so I went with the 24″ downrod which is a perfect length. The switch the fan comes with has 4 speed settings; 1 being the fastest and 4 being the slowest. I thought that was weird but not a deal breaker by any means. Setting 1, (highest speed) moves a lot of air and does make a little noise but that’s to be expected given the amount of air it moves. Setting 4 (lowest speed) is perfect if you just want to keep the air moving. With ambient noise you can’t even hear the fan at this speed. All in all, this is a great fan thus far and provided nothing malfunctions or starts rattling, we will remain satisfied customers. If anything should change, I will be sure to update my review.

    It would be hard to find another outdoor wet rated fan that can move this much air in its price range. It was easy to install, looks nice and appears to be of good quality.The only potential negatives to be aware of, but would not stop me from purchasing:1) Due to the blade design, there is a bit of a helicopter chop sound at the higher speed. It does not bother me, but may if you have sensitive hearing, or want to run it at high speed and need quite.2) It does not come with a remote. It does come with a wall speed control. I have three fans wired to the same circuit, and need independent control over each fan, which the wall controller cannot do. You can purchase a remote kit for around $50 per fan.The negatives do not outweigh the positive qualities of this fan. After testing two of the 62″ fans, we have ordered a 52″ unit to replace another outdoor fan.

    We installed this fan on a covered patio with cathedral ceiling. It only took 20 minutes to install with a 36” Downrod.

    I’ve enjoyed all. They’re good looking, efficient and mostly quiet. The only problem I have with this one is the control. It doesn’t have distinct detentes on the remote. Otherwise, it’s a great fan.

    Great fan that is easy to install and the noise level is not loud. The switch that they give you could be more updated to blend in with most fan switches. The switch is an easy swap out if you don’t like the style. Overall this is a great fan.
