    We bought and installed last night, worked great. I wouldn’t call it a “quiet” fan though, but not loud either. Today, the remote doesn’t work. I tried changing the battery already, the red light of the remote is on when I press a button, but it is not communicating with fan anymore. So the lights work with the light switch, but the fan can’t turn on. Any ideas?

     I would give full stars for this for the style and how it looks…but it was a pain to install! So I can’t give a full 5 star review.The fasteners that come with the fan did not seem to want to expand into the ceilings sheet rock. So we went to Lowes and bought toggle bolts. That did a lot better! And the instructions doesn’t mention anything about installing the wires for the remote control…so we had to go back and take everything apart in order to install those. Took approximately 4 hours or so to install. I don’t like the beeping when we turn on the light or use the remote for the fan. But I will get over it eventually.

    We’ve had this fan for a long while now, we still love it! 3 light color settings, 3 fan speed settings, can dim the light, and it looks almost sparkly. The only complaint I have is (a while down the road) that the tan can be pretty noisy when you first turn it on. It’ll eventually quiet down, but it starts up that way!

    I bought this fixture back in August and it was $160. I’m kicking myself that I didn’t wait because it’s not $120. I installed it myself. I have used a power drill a couple of times and watched a couple of YouTube videos, and that was all I needed to complete this installation. The light is about 9lbs, so it would be helpful to have someone else help you mount it on the ceiling. The only way to control the fan is with the remote control. It’s not a huge deal, but hopefully the remote has a nice long life. I installed this in my kitchen, which is small and doesn’t have the best airflow. This light/fan combo makes a huge difference for us.

    The fan we purchased is really nice. I had an electrician install the fan and for the most part it was pretty easy. It took him about 30 minutes. The problem we ran into was with the remote. The remote did everything it was supposed to EXCEPT stop the fan. The only way to get the fan to stop was to turn off the light switch, which defeats the purpose of having a remote. I also don’t like the fact that you are given a customer service phone number so you can call as the install is happening. You can only email them and then have to wait on a response. I think this is poor customer service. But overall really nice fan.

    As it states, this doesn’t include bulbs or a battery for the remote. The battery is an odd A23. I can’t believe I had one at home. The fan is pretty quiet on high. It puts out good airflow beneath it. The bracket to mount the fan on is quite flimsy. Mounting it wasn’t too difficult. The fan blade is cheap plastic like others have stated but then what do you expect for 148.00. The one thing I really like is that it puts off great light. Our room is much better that the old light we replace. Not many ceiling fans have lighting that put off this type of light. Update 11/2022. The remote works intermittently. There are some days it will turn on the light and other days it won’t. There are times when it will turn on the light but it won’t turn on the fan. It’s becoming a nuisance.

    My ceilings are 17’ high. The slow setting is still too fast. Otherwise, it’s a great fan!

    Super cute light/fan combo. If using 60w bulbs it is really bright! Fan is really quiet. The only thing I don’t like is the fan can only be turned on/off/controlled thru the remote. The light works with the wall switch but not the fan. It gets confusing.
