    Let me state that the Casablanca WISP is a great fan in all respects: quiet, well-made, attractive design.That said, I returned the first two fans to Amazon because parts were missing or broken, and appeared to have been previously used. So, check the parts carefully upon receipt. Installation is tricky, so watch a video to understand the process/methodology.

    We have had Casablanca fans before and have always bought them because of how quiet they run. These are no different and are very quiet in operation. The only noise you will hear from these will be the wind at the highest setting and you really can’t complain about that. Putting them together is pretty standard for ceiling fans. Nothing extraordinary, though I always hate assembling the blades when the motor is already hanging, but often times that is the way it is. One item of note are the remote controls. We have had other fans where we had to change dip switches and reprogram the remote so it would not interfere with other fans in the house by the same manufacture. Not the case with theses. No extra work needs to be done with the remotes. Lastly, the light is adequately bright for a guest or ancillary bedroom/office as a single light and it is dimmable.

    I love this fan. It delivered everything I expected. It has 3 paddles and it reminds me of the turbines you’d see out in the wind farms. It’s very quiet but I’ve only been running it on low because it really moves the air. I had electricians install it and they had it up in no time. The remote control is easy to use and self explanatory. It’s a solid purchase for the price.

    Very quiet but a little tricky to install. Also, the remote battery was weak making it unpaid repeatedly so the fan ran eratically. Once I replaced the battery have has no problems. Fan is stylish and modern. Very nice.

    The fan looks great and is super quiet even on high speed. On lower speeds, you absolutely cant tell that the fan is running. My ceiling is white and this fan blends very well with the ceiling. I especially chose the white fan for this reason. I didnt want the fan to be very conspicuous.It does move a lot of air and keeps the room cool.I had it installed through an electrician who was able to do it without any difficulty. Hence, I cant comment on the ease of installation. Hopefully the fan will last long and work well. That is yet to be seen. I have this fan installed on all my bedrooms.

    Easy to install, clear directions. The build quality is nice and I feel like it was money well spent.The fan is quiet on lower 2 settings–some helicopter effect on 3-4, perhaps due to a slight clearance issue we have with a 52″ fan on a gently sloped ceiling. I would have liked a 6-8″ downrod option but the next step up from Casablanca seems to be 12″.The light is blindingly bright on the highest setting. Seriously. Dimming is toggled off or on by holding a key-combo on the remote.The reverse switch for the fan is under the light cover.

    Minimalistic and lovely. All you hear is wind-no motor hum. I got a bad fan and called Casablanca for help. The very-easy-to-understand tech lady could only talk me through what I should have been looking at instead of what I got. Love those Casablanca folks
