    I love this light. The fan is perfect – quiet and effective. The light settings could be brighter but it is ok. And the beauty of it is stunning. Everyone who walks into our dining room comments on it. Happy with this! I bought a 2nd one for in the kitchen of my rental property and it is perfect there too.

    We love the new ceiling fan we installed in our master bedroom. We updated the look of the whole room and this ceiling fan makes the room look so much cleaner and nicer than the old fan. Also, the house was wired for a regular light, so the old fan didn’t have a light switch separate from the fan switch. This fan has a remote control for light and fan controls, so it works with one light switch on the wall. My only complaint is that the remote control receiver of this fan is very tight in the housing, so it was the most challenging fan install I have ever encountered. I had to disconnect the wires to the remote control receiver and slip them through a different way to get it to go through the base housing. Also, one of the pieces that needs to be installed in the downtube assembly was not shown in the instruction picture, so I had to take the wiring apart again to re-thread the fan wires through the downtube assembly again. Also, there didn’t seem to be a way to hook the fan on what appeared to be a hook built into the base housing, so I had to ask my wife to help hold the fan while I was doing the install. Normally, I hook fans to a built in hook when installing them. The installation would have been a little easier if I had not tried to use the existing light fixture box that was beneath our old fan, but this was still the most difficult fan installation I’ve experienced in all my years of installing ceiling fans. The end result was worth the effort. We got a great price on a fan that looks terrific in our newly remodeled room. It works flawlessly.

     Update (may 2021): it’s installed!Circulation: great .Brightness: bright, but not dimmable.Light tone: i can’t look directly at inflicting pain, but it seems like it’s LED white, not yellowyPower: on/off with a wall switch is possible for the light (fan will turn off, but not on). To on/adjust the fan setting you must use the remote. That said, the remote offers several options – Low/Med/High/Stop, 1/2/4HR, Forward/Reverse blades, Light on/offPrevious review:I can’t say if the circulation is good or bad yet. So this review is based solely on install. Or inability to install.There are no true directions for putting the fan together. And yes, it comes in pieces, 13 if I’m counting them correctly on my floor. Also, be aware the blades are plastic. The rest of the fan is metal and or glass (light cover), but I was a bit disappointed that the blades themselves were plastic.I googled the product, looked at the product page here…I cannot find directions for putting this together. They do include detailed instructions to install into your ceiling…which is mostly irrelevant to us as my husband is an electrician and we’ve installed dozens. My only other hope/concern is if it will work with a switch or just a remote. Will update once/if I get this put together.Adding another comment on this fan, about the USD price. I have watched this fan’s price fluctuate over the last 2 months by as much as $40. It started at 0 ratings for 139+10 off coupon. The coupon seems to be persistent, but now in mid-June the list price is 179. I’m not sure why the price keeps changing so quickly and randomly, I’ve seen it at every $10 increment from the 129-179. I like the fan, the light is not my favorite (far too bright for me, but I’m not a big overhead light person), but if I were to buy again I’d wait to see if the price drops to the 130-140 range. 150+ isn’t worth it in my opinion.

    Made out plastic: not great quality. The instructions are not very clear, which makes it more difficult to assemble (although doable)

    Also on low speed it goes way too fast. On low I would like very little air moving, not in this fan. I’ve never used high, it must be like a wind storm!!

    Exactly as had hoped for…. chose to cut out cardboard pieces to sit in bottom of globe..DAMN it’s bright, lol. But I for sure ordered it to have light, so…light there is
