    Quality is exceptional for the price, hanging is a bit tedious as the controller cannot be unplugged from the fixture. You essentially need to hold the fan with one hand, make the connections for hot and neutral with the other, which is not the easiest task. I can get passed all of that, however, my only true disappointment is the lack of a dimmer on the light. Most likely, as I lucked out with a 4-wire setup, I will bypass the controller for the light and add a dimmer to the wall switch. I will then have a constant power to the fan/controller for control by the remote and the ability to dim the light in the fan.

    Cute fan, but no instructions in the box regarding the remote and how to control the flow of air. The fan is cute. Has wooden beads (which weren’t that bad to attach to the metal frame). My husband was able to wire without any difficulty. However, I want to work it in counter-clockwise motion, but it only goes clockwise. The seller attempted to answer my question (but it made no sense!). If any one has the remote instructions or can share how I can reverse the air flow-I would appreciate it!

    The media could not be loaded.

     We loved this fan/light combo. We thought it would be a beautiful addition to our baby girls nursery. However, after installed we turned it on for the first time to realize there is a delay for the light to turn on which is a little annoying, but even worse… this fixture beeps every time it is turned on and off and every time a button is pressed on the remote. I do not understand why there are so many beeps!! I tried to contact the seller to see if there is a way to make this stop, and I never heard back. Additionally, there are no instructions for the remote but after playing around with it enough we realized it did not need to be programmed. Needless to say, all the time we spent to install this, we took this down and returned it. No need for a noisy beeping light/fan in my baby’s nursery.

    Amazon and the company were great. I had the chandelier professionally installed. I was missing the remote. I contacted Amazon who contacted the company. The company immediately contacted me and sent the remote. So honorable. I am so enjoying the beautiful chandelier, with many compliments.
