    Fans have become austere in the past few years. It was easy to find an affordable ornate fan even 5 years ago. This fan is what is left from that era, and for the price has no peer in the typical home fan market. It isn’t quite to the level of fit and finish of older models, but it is still a good product

    The fan has absolutely no wobble, is super quiet, coordinates perfectly with our master bedroom furniture, and we expect it to be amazingly reliable like all our other Hunter ceiling fans. Installation was not super easy but we are old senior citizens with covid brains and installing on a high ceiling.

    We’ve been remodeling this year and lately it’s been about the bedroom. Got new furniture, carpet, curtains and finally this new fan was the finishing touch and the wife couldn’t happier.

    To install this with a remote kit cost me over $450. A few days after the one year mark, the light made a loud pop, and despite new light bulbs, the fans worked, but the lights did not. The customer service phones take a while. The first customer service guy gave me a product number for a “wiring harness,” but when I went to order it their product number was not listed. I called back, and a new rep told me that I needed a “light kit assembly” instead. I ordered it from him directly. Since I was just over the one year mark from when I purchased it, the kit cost $28 with shipping.It’s a beautiful light/fan, but difficult ti access the bulbs so not a smooth journey. We shall see.

    These fans looked great in our new room. The only downfall was the globe portion was cracked. When I called to get a replacement, I was sent a whole new fan. ? I appreciate the new globe, but seemed such a waste to send a whole new fan. Especially just to switch out the glass globe. Then we had to take the whole box back to return it. ?
