    Even better once installed. Wasn’t sure when I ordered. Pleasant surprise. Like more each day.

    Has a modern appeal to it. The instructions were easy to understand. One of the cool things is you don’t have to get up on a ladder to change the fan blades direction. There is a button right on the bottom of the remote. Remote works both the fan and the light. Great for if you live in an older house that has no wall switch for controlling the fan and light. There is a hook on the mounting plate. That’s so you can secure the cable that is attached to the main body of the fan. This leaves your hands free while you assemble the supply wires to the leads on the remote receiver. It has a picture of this on the instructions but doesn’t explicitly say what it’s for. I just kind of had an aha moment and thought oh that’s what the hooks for.

    Bought two fans, both had fractured light globes and are unusable. It’s nobody’s problem, except mine. And, small people, small lights in China…the globe size is 2.5″ smaller than standard us, 9″.
