    I ordered the 42” crystal ceiling fan with lights (it comes with an LED lighting board) retractable invisible fandelier ceiling fan. It is stunning! The remote advertised shows a white one with buttons for “All off” “Light on/off” “F R” and the other buttons are similar. The one I received is black and has the power button it is only for off and not on, the on/off button turns light on and changes the colors (white/natural/warm). Please note that every time you press that button it will turn off and then press again to have the light change colors. The fan button has three waves to turn fan on. The crystals: I received one chipped, one broken, and four that look like scratches. You only receive two extra ones so they are replaced. The scratched looking ones, you can’t tell when you look up at them. You cannot order extra ones and they cannot replace the remote. If you are okay that the remote is black and different from the advertised one, this is perfect! Amazon gave me a small credit, and it was nice of them to do for the remote control. The fan is quiet. I had it professionally installed so if I have him remove it, which means I have to pay him to remove it and install a new one that I will not do. I wish I had checked the box before the installation date. The remote has 2 stars because it is not white and not as easy to use. You can rate the seller but you cannot contact the seller. I hope this helps!

    Super bright. Fan itself is quiet, but LOUD beep every time you push a button or turn on/off. Crystals are beautiful, but kinda tedious installing.
