Easy install, however recommend two people for install, one to hold the ladder and to hand you the tools! My electrician installed mine and it took only 20 minutes!

The cage and blades need to be larger and longer. Air does not circulate well. It blows straight down in a small area.

Cute light, heavy. Bulbs shake when the fan runs and it beeps every time you turn the light or fan on which is super annoying.

I got this light with the fan for a bedroom at the lake with a lower ceiling. Because the fan is inside a cage you will be protected from the blades. This room does not have an air conditioner, so the fan will help cool the room. It also has a switch to reverse the fan if you were using the fan to keep the room warm. The light looks great in this rustic setting.
