    I purchased 2 of these fans. They work great. No installation problems. no missing parts. They look good, are super quiet and no shaking at high speed. It took me about 11\2 hours each to install. I highly recommend this product.

    The fan is very nice. I love the farmhouse style. I chose this fan because of the light. I chose it with the remote; however, it turns out the transmitter was defective. So, I eliminated the transmitter and decided to use it with the pull chain. I would have given a 5-star if it didn’t have transmitter issues.

    Although the fan is lovely, it is quite noisy. I have it in the bedroom and it has an annoying hum to it that is in rhythm with how fast the fan goes. It reminds me of what I would imagine a space ship would sound like. I’m considering sending it back. It’s such a bummer.

    I bought two of these and the electrician installed them. The pull chain broke off inside the casing on one of them. No way to fix that. The lights sometimes work and sometimes don’t on the other. They are crap and not worth the money.

    The blades don’t match the holes. I tired every way to assemble it but there is no way you can do it safely.
