To start I am an electrician for over 16 years and run my own company, I install and sell a lot of ceiling fans. My wife being the Amazon Junky that she is order this $200 dollar fan a company I haven’t heard of and was questioning the cost of this fan, after install that was easy 10 minutes for me to get it together and up and running to my surprise the fan was very quiet and move some serious air volume. With all the settings on the remote and it being a 6 speed fan I though ok china nice job , fast forward 8 months and the receiver to a crap, and the fan was stuck running. Cycled the circuit breaker on and off to reset the fan, and just light now no fan and no response from the remote, look for customer support to see if they back up their product since it’s a $200 fan and to my surprise actually I guess I wasn’t surprised at all , 3 month worry free warranty lol, and no way to contact support for help, so back on Amazon to find a new receiver and remote for $22. So over all is this a nice fan is the motor quite is it easy to install yes to all of that. But i will not by another fan from this company, for the price I could get something of much better quality with custom support and five year limited warranty to back it up. I could never sell this fan to a customer. 3 month worry, free warranty you get a better warranty buying a used car, what a joke.

Can’t get the fan to stop wobbling after trying all the suggestions in the instruction manual. If turned on medium speed or higher, it’s very wobbly. Otherwise, the fan looks nice and is quiet.

I love the look of this ceiling fan – it is sleek and modern. It was easy to install. I have short ceilings and this fan mounts comfortably without being a safety concern.The remote is very handy and simple. The light has various levels of lumen which comes in handy if you want dimmer lighting. The fan is quiet and dynamic – powerful if you choose it to be. I don’t like the sound the remote makes when you power on or off (neither does my dog) but you get used to it quickly.

This is a terrific fan and light. Once we received the unit the light panel was not working. We emailed the supplier and received a response the same day with some trouble shooting ideas. After we tried to the suggestions the light still did not work. But before we had the chance to email the supplier again, the supplier emailed us back to see if it worked…..terrific customer service!The supplier thought the light panel was defective and sent out another panel immediately. We installed the new light panel and that fixed the issue.I would suggest using this vendor if you are looking for a new fan/light combination. It’s very quiet, great light options and the remote is responsive and easy to use.

I liked the option of having the different tones of light option of this fan but here is a huge manufacturer miss….you cannot select a default and must always start with the white light then click over to the other options every time you turn on the light.We may try to unplug the bright white light power to see if we can just get the warm light. I am also going to purchase a Hampton hardwired switch rather than have a remote. I knew that before I purchased.Otherwise the fan is extremely quiet.
