    Unfortunately, we had to go local instead because the housing was not level to the blades section. I could not do anything because it was a fabrication issue.

    The ceiling fan came very well packaged and was super simple to set up. I had a friend install it for me and he said the instructions were clear and the mounting bracket was strong secure. The fan works great, it’s quiet and provides plenty of airflow throughout the day. The remote works great and has an excellent range. The fan has unlimited settings, that can all be controlled by the remote. The color changing light is excellent and provides light for any type of occasion. The fan is priced very well for the quality. Highly recommended!

    so this fan is clockwise by default. this pulls air up, not pushes it down, which does not cool a room. there is no toggle to change it to counterclockwise.this was not an issue when i bought it, because it wasn’t hot at the time so i was just using it for the light. when i needed the fan, i realized it was going the wrong direction, and then realized there is no toggle to change the direction. then, of course, i could not find the documentation that came with the fan.i reached out to the seller (manufacturer) and let them know i couldn’t find a way to reverse the fan. i let them know i could not find the instructions, and asked if they could advise me on how to reverse it or if there was a way to obtain the documentation. they basically said “read the documentation” that i clearly told them i didn’t have.so i wasted $200 and now i have to buy a new fan cause my room won’t cool.please don’t make the mistake i made, go with a fan from a different manufacturer. i will never spend my money with these fools again.

    This fan is small but moves air well to keep our 10 ft by 13 ft home office cool.There are a lot of great features to this product.It comes with a remote control instead of pull controls for the lights and speeds. The remote also come with a mountable holder so it’s easy to keep track of.There are two light settings—a cooler one and a warmer one. I like the warmer light setting, but I think the cooler one would be great in a space with less natural light, such as a basement or a garage workshop.It also has timed settings for one, two, four, and eight hours so you can set it to your liking.Unlike most fans that only have three settings, this one has five speeds. It gets a little wobbly if we run it over a three, but it moves air well at the first setting to keep the room at a pleasant temperature in my opinion.The fan comes with balancing weights to help with any wobble. Unfortunately these are black and quite visible on white blades and the adhesive isn’t the best; the weight we used flew off after a week. Before we reattach it, we plan on painting it white.My husband said it was easy to install; it only took him 30 minutes to do so. He described the ease of installation as “plug-and-play” because it took so little time to have up and running.The fan has a cute, compact look to it as well and complements the room we installed it in well. I think it would fit perfectly in a child’s room or any other room where a shorter bladed fan would be needed.

    We have a balcony upstairs that just came with a dome light on the ceiling. I despise sitting out there in the summer because of the heat and humidity. This fan really moves the air around and the remote is perfect! So simple only a few buttons and very easy to operate. Even when it is 90+ degrees outside, I can sit out there comfortably. And I feel better knowing the blades are plastic, so no rust or warping to worry about. If you have a small space, definitely give this fan a shot. It moves a surprising amount of air for its size! Installation was straight forward as well, no surprises there.
