    When my friends come over they say “Oh! You took out your ceiling fan” and I say “No, I REPLACED my ceiling fan” and turn it on and they are wowed by the hidden blades. I really like the way it looks. I bought low lumen amber edison bulbs, and it is still a bit bright for some people. It would be better if the remote allowed for dimming the bulbs or the light cage came with a diffuser. It wasn’t easy to install, but it wasn’t any harder than any other ceiling fan that I’ve installed.

    I hate the look of ceiling fans. This is perfect because you only use it when you need it. It looks very nice and seems to be made very well. Ive never installed a fan before so I was depending on the installation video to help me along. Video was awful and completely NOT helpful. What is the point of showing a video where the man is obviously speaking but there is NO audio, just annoying music!! Who thought that this made sense? Very frustrating. As a single female first time homeowner who is doing a lot of things on my own the installion video was NOT helpful. At all.

    I bought this to replace an old 5 blade traditional fan that had become so noisy (hum) it was intolerable past the low setting, which moved very little air. Was pleasantly surprised at the ease of installation, and lifting the thing up the ladder was sooo much easier than lowering the previous model. Very light weight.Excellent options on the remote and absolutely silent with the exception of the air moving on the higher speeds. And let me tell you this thing moves some air even on the lowest setting!Will probably seldom if ever use the light, but after turning it on to test it was so bright it was almost like being outdoors. Quite the improvement over the old fan whose light was a candle light style and pretty much useless. I like this so much I’m considering purchasing enough to replace every fan in my home.

    This fan is perfect. It puts out a ton of air on the lowest speed and the light is very stylish. I’ve purchased several for different rooms in my house. I love that they look like a light fixture when the fan is not in use. It was easy to install, but the directions to put it together were not very clear. Love them!!!!

    Awesome retractable fan with lights, my husband had no problem installing. It puts off a lot of light. Quiet as a whisper and doesn’t shake at high speed. It beeps when you turn it on but it’s not that big a deal. It’s nice to buy something that works better than promised. I love it. I’m getting another one for my den from DAFOLOGIA products. Highly recommended.

    We live in SC and had an issue of heat/humidity coming in from our screen porch and getting stuck in an area of our kitchen. We had a long light and replaced it with this.Pro’s:-I like that it can just be a light or can add the fan. It looks like a normal light when the fan is off.-The installation is super easy: attach the rod, attach the light, screw the mount to the ceiling, connect wires, and finish the bracket cover. It is virtually silent.-The fan is super powerful, at level 2, I have enough air flowing and there’s 6 levels.Cons:-The instructions are not super clear and pictures are tiny. I’ve put ceiling fans up before so I knew what I was doing but for some, it may be challenging.-The ground wire is super thin so I cut it through once and it broke off the ceiling mount once so I had to fix that.-The remote box is tough to slide in and get the cover screwed closed with all the wires.-The remote makes beeping noises that you can’t turn off.
