    Came, installed by replacing with old fan, doesn’t work. Trying to return, which I will have to pay for return shipment, but would rather get something back then have a fan that doesn’t work laying around my house. I have contacted the company and Amazon customer service twice and have not received my return label. Pretty shady. Do not buy!

    The fan is okay. I was dissapointed that a nut & bolt was missing to the pre-assembled cage and then all the other bolts were loose and I did not catch it until I had already hung the fan. I was also disappointed with the ground wire that was provided because it was too short and I had to add some extra wire to attach it to the ground inside the ceiling electrical box. The fan looks good and the lights are bright. The remote works great and has 6 fan speed settings, forward & reverse as well as a 1,2 & 4 hour timer setting. It also has an on & off button for just the fan, an on and off button for just the lights and and on & off button that powers everything off. I will say that the fan blades are tiny and on 6 speed, I could barely feel a breeze unless almost directly under the fan. I wouldn’t recommend this fan unless in a small room maybe no larger than 10’x10′

    This fan was installed in my house. It’s an older house built in the 70s with backwards wiring. I suggest before you take it on, take pictures of your wiring prior to installation or hire a professional. I used better anchor mounts as the ones that came with the fan aren’t safe to use. It took me maybe 30 minutes to install this fan by myself. It came with an S hook so once you secure the mount, hang the fan, secure your wires, mount the fan and you are finished. The remote works, WiFi enabled. I wish there was a way to turn the beeping off. It came with an extra Edison bulb. Those are only so bright. Beautiful.

     Well packaged fan lights. We installed it in the restaurant. Love this fan light’s fashion look. The matte vintage white and gold finish is beautiful. Better than I expected. My friend helped us install it and it took about 40 minutes. The product has four bulbs with enough brightness. The seller sent an extra bulb for replacement. The fan has 6 different with speeds. Remote control and can be timed, we used for a while, really like the brightness in this fan light. This matte gold and white color is easy to match the dining room or bedroom. Satisfying shopping experience!

    Good quality, super solid fan. Easy to assemble and install, just cut the electricity off, hook up the wires, then secure to the ceiling mount. Turn the electric back on and check it is all working and your all set. The motor is strong, when the fan is running it is fairly quiet. It has a bright light and is caged, so a super nice design that you don’t even know is a fan until you turn it on. It comes with a remote that controls the fan speed, light as well as a timer. Good price, highly recommend.
