    I think this will serve all of my needs. The fan blades are smaller, so expect the “breeze” to be different than regular ceiling fans. My electrician who installed it mentioned that the plate used to attach the fan to the ceiling was a bit of a problem.

    The media could not be loaded.

     Attaching it to a standard light fixture hole required a number of hours and some extra tools. In order for it to be upright, it required some adjusting. It is stunning, and the wind it creates is tremendous. Even though it’s set to the lowest speed, the fan still makes some noise, but the nighttime illumination is stunning. The aesthetic quality is wonderful, and overall I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. I have come to realize that the fan is perfect for me. I like the amount of light that it emits, as well as the height of the ceiling fan itself.

    Super cute and easy to install. My husband ended up using longer screws to metal than the ones included. Fan is noisy when running and dies put out some good air movement. The remote does beep every time you use it. Got use to it. We like it. Great value.

    We needed a ceiling fan in our basement family room to move the air around in the summer. However, the ceiling height is only 7ft. This was the perfect solution.Fan is a bit loud when running at higher speeds but it really moves the air in our 15×15 space. Bulbs that were included are a nice warm light. Only disappointment was we have to purchase dimmable bulbs in order to take advantage of the “dimmable” feature stated in the description. However, there are no buttons on the remote control that indicate this option and I am not willing to spend the xtra money for special bulbs at this time to figure out if the light is actually dimmable. This is the only disappointment that I have with this purchase.It wasn’t any more difficult to install than any other ceiling fan/light fixture.

    This is so much better than a conventional ceiling fan for my 14’x14′ bedroom. If I had a larger bedroom or higher ceilings I might opt for a regular ceiling fan but this one is perfect for my bedroom. The room wasn’t wired with 3-way wire so this fan is perfect for that problem as well. The remote works great and I particularly appreciate that I can operate the fan forward or reverse anytime without getting on a ladder to switch modes. With all the features of this light/fan, I’m surprised the lights cannot be dimmed as well.

     I was hesitant to purchase this light/fan because there were no reviews. Don’t hesitate. It is almost perfect. My ceilings are low. 7’6″ tall. I had a traditional ceiling fan here before. The clearance is so much better and this is so much more attractive. Plus the room is small and we have central AC so this is just for the hot summer months. Installation was straightforward. The remote to control lights and fan is a nice touch. My one small complaint and I’ve seen this mentioned on other caged ceiling fans is it makes an obnoxious beep every time you turn the lights on. Not sure why you would have included this. Other than that one small thing I’m very happy with my purchase.
