    The media could not be loaded.

     So we really wanted a fan this style. And it was a plus that it could connect to Alexa!We loved it for the first like 5 months. We did have some difficulty installing originally because the mounting was different than the typical ceiling fan but we worked it out made sure it was solid and there would be no issue.My husband is super sensitive to any clicking noises and we were in the clear!Until like 5 months in. And then while he was messing with it to make it stop making noises the little plastic clip that holds the dome broke.I reached out to the customer service team. They did respond quickly but you cannot buy it or get info. So I have a half functioning fan over a small piece of plastic. I have looked and cannot find it online or in stores.And it still makes the annoying clicking noise.Update: never did get help with the piece. Luckily I am creative so between super glue and electrical tape I sort of fixed the piece. Just know that if you have a problem you’ve gotta fix it yourself or trash it.

    I gifted this product to my uncle and he was really happy. At first, I was worried would it be as good as a ceiling fan with blades, but it does the job perfectly. Easy to setup, delivery was quick, packaging was top notch, no damages and it works flawlessly.

    Every works as advertised and throws down more air than it looks like it would . Remote is finicky . Sometimes have to press a button or two before it works . Disconnects from Alexa once in awhile but I suspect that is my Wi-Fi not the fan. Speakerr could be better but I’m nitpicking for the price .

    Awesome fan with nice extras like Bluetooth speaker in the center really bright light and changes 3 different colors fan blowes more air than the previous one highly recommended this product
