    i purchased 2 of these fans for bedrooms. They are nice fans with light. installation was fairly easy. I have made repeated request to replace the remote with no response. Dog ate the remote so now I am unable to use the fan. I am disappointed. I would like a physical remote.

    Install not too bad accept I was putting it up in an apartment and if you don’t hit a stud. You will need different screws I had drywall anchors they held up to 60 lb each so no problem. Issue I had there was no remote housing in my package. I got the scews for it but no remote holder.Putting it up the included s hook works great but I put it threw one of the vent holes and the bracket. That held up nicely while I stripped the wires and attached them. Make sure you have wire strippers and wire end caps if not electrical tape.****Turn t the power off first***Quiet and the remote is responsive. My 84 year old mother n law will be using it.I give it 4 star due to missing remote housing. Looks great.
