The 6452586 includes five reversible blades with a 13.5degree blade pitch for optimal air movement. The Soho has a 3speed reversible 172mm x 14mm motor with airflow rated at 4758 CFM on high 74 CFM/ Watt and only uses 64W (excluding any lights) on high. The 6452586 comes one per package includes one 4IN downrod and one 6IN downrod. For safety reasons a ceiling fan should hang no lower than 7FT above the floor. There are multiple compatible light kits available for this ceiling fan and can be purchased separately. Quorum remote control (73000 or 714010) is optional and can be purchased separately.
